Considering St. James Plantation?

St James Plantation began welcoming new residents in 1992. Beautifully planned, financially sound, with amenities in place on the very first day. The Property Owners Association played a very large role in maintaining the high standards of the developer, Homer Wright. Over the years, many folks came to visit friends or family living here; found living in St James so attractive. They moved here too. St James Plantation, has become a top choice for many transplants especially from the Northeast.

The town of St James was established in 1999. Today, there are approximately 7,500 residents and 4,800 homes living in St James. In essence, St James is becoming closer to achieving a “fully built-out status.” Fabulous re-sale homes are and will continue to be a dominant force in attracting new residents here.

Interestingly, a recent, informal survey reported that St James’ newer residents cited the same factors in their decision to move here.
