Within St James Plantation there are 150 ponds all are continually nurtured by experienced professionals throughout the year. Golfers can attest that there are sometimes alligators that call our ponds home, as do many varieties of fish, turtles and otters. Did you know that there are 16 ponds that are regularly stocked with fish? The St James Property Owners Association expects everyone to respect that all fish are returned to the water in our catch and release practice.
