The popular St James Marina in the southeastern corner of North Carolina has easy access to the ICW and the Atlantic Ocean. 40′ boat slips are the most popular in this marina as evident in the sales of the last two years. Real estate sales [lots, condos, single-family homes] prices have jumped in 2021. Wet boat slips, a very scarce commodity, sold an average of $8,015 higher than in 2020. Buyers paid an average of 96% of the list price in both years.
